Vegan Cheesecake Fruit Dip

Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken

  • 1 can 10 ounces enchilada sauce

  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup diced onion

  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper

  • 8 small flour tortillas

Instructions:

Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C


Shred the chicken and put it in a large bowl


Add the enchilada sauce, green chilies, half of the Monterey Jack cheese, half of the cheddar cheese, diced onion, diced bell pepper, and chopped cilantro


Add pepper and salt to taste


Put some of the chicken mixture on each tortilla, then roll them up tightly and put them in a greased baking dish seam-side down


Spread the rolled tortillas with any extra enchilada sauce, and then top them with the rest of the cheeses


Wrap the baking dish in foil and bake for twenty to twenty-five minutes, or until the cheese melts and fills the dish


If you want, you can add more cilantro as a garnish


Serve hot

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of slider buns

  • 1 pound ground turkey

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard

  • 1/4 cup diced red onion

  • 1/4 cup sliced pickles

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C


The slider buns should be cut in half horizontally, but they should stay together as a single sheet


Put the bottom half of the slider buns in a baking dish that has been greased


Put the ground turkey in a pan and cook it over medium-low heat until it turns brown and is fully cooked


Get rid of any extra fat


Put the cooked turkey, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, diced red onion, sliced pickles, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl


Mix the ingredients together


Combine well


Cover the bottom half of the slider buns in the baking dish with the turkey and cheese mixture


To make a sandwich, put the top half of the slider buns on top of the turkey mixture


Place the buns on a baking sheet and warm butter over them


Place the baking dish in a preheated oven and cover it with aluminum foil


Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the sliders are hot all the way through and the cheese is melted


Take it out of the oven, cut it into sliders, and serve them hot

  • 4 hamburger buns

Instructions:

Warm up the grill over medium-high heat


Ground corned beef, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder should all be mixed together in a bowl


Four patties should be made from the mixture


Put the patties on the grill and cook them for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them


In the last minute of cooking, cover the grill and add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty


This will let the cheese melt


Melt some butter and brush it on the inside of the hamburger buns


Then, put them on the grill and toast them until they are lightly browned


Spread Thousand Island dressing on the bottom half of each bun before putting the burgers together


Add an egg roll, sauerkraut, lettuce leaves, and tomato slices on top


Add the top half of the bun to finish


Warm up the Corned Beef Cheddar Burgers and serve them with your favorite sides
